The Handpolo Committee of West Azerbaijan Province, in collaboration with the Provincial Workers’ Sports Association, organized a handpolo tournament to commemorate the holy occasion of Eid al-Adha. The competitions were held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the Urmia Workers’ Pool, attended by national Handpolo Committee officials and provincial workers’ sports directors. At the conclusion of the event, the Urmia Workers’ team, the Provincial Department of Education, and Afaq University secured the first to third places, respectively.
